SRI S N S CHARITABLE TRUST considers the protection of your personal information to be of utmost importance and shall take all necessary measures to safeguard your privacy.

If you decide to access this website, your visit and any dispute regarding privacy shall be governed by this Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions.

Our policy regarding the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is strictly maintained in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Personal information provided through this website is used solely for legitimate institutional purposes and is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission

• Online transaction charges are not part of the institution fee and shall be applicable separately.
• Applicable transaction charges may vary depending on the selected payment method, including Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, or any other supported payment mode.
• All fee rules and regulations prescribed by the Institution shall remain applicable.
• Payments made through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or other online payment methods generally take 1–2 working days to reflect in the Institution's bank account.
• It is the sole responsibility of the student/parent/applicant to ensure that the fee payment is completed well before the due date.
• The Institution shall not be responsible for delayed, failed, pending, or unsuccessful transactions due to banking issues, payment gateway interruptions, internet failures, or any technical reasons beyond its control.
• The Institution shall not be responsible if the payment is refused, declined, cancelled, or rejected by the issuing bank, card provider, or payment service provider for any reason whatsoever.
• SRI S N S CHARITABLE TRUST does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Online Fee Payment System at all times.
• The Institution shall not be responsible for late fee penalties if the online payment transaction fails on or near the last date of fee payment.
• Students and parents are strongly advised to complete fee payment well before the due date through either Online or Offline payment methods.

Fee Refund Policy

• Once a fee payment has been successfully completed, no refund shall be granted.
• In case a student accidentally makes the same payment twice, the duplicate payment amount will be refunded through the original source of payment after verification.
• Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, bank charges, GST, or any other taxes collected during the transaction shall not be refunded or reversed.
• Transaction charges shall not be refunded for any cancelled, reversed, disputed, chargeback, or refunded transaction.
• Any applicable transaction charges shall be borne entirely by the cardholder or payer.

General Disclaimer

• The Institution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any modifications made to these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of online fee payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
